Lisbon is built on top of four mountains, meaning that there are lookouts and points of interest in several areas of the city that offer some seriously beautiful views. The most well-known is the Miradouro do Nossa Senhora do Monte. But if we climb a little higher and move away from the historical centre, past the Eduardo VII Park, you will find the Miradouro do Parque Eduardo VII or ‘High Park’. This spot isn’t as overcrowded as the other more well-known viewpoints and also overlooks one of the largest parks in Lisbon. To get to this lookout, we recommend using the Saba car park located at the Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira. This public parking lot has the best facilities and is open at any time of day.
