The modern building is located on the coast of Madeira, very close to its beaches and the port area. If you are passionate about football, and especially Cristiano Ronaldo, in front of the Casino you will find a museum dedicated to the football star, who is originally from Madeira. Funchal’s port area is preferred by tourists as it offers a significant part of the city’s cultural and tourist activities. Near the Ferry Terminal, there is a small mountain, Principauté Ilot Pontinha, from which you can enjoy the best views of Funchal. Finding parking in this area is not an easy task. However, near the Casino on Luís de Camōes Avenue, there is a Saba car park where you can easily park your car. This public parking lot is open 24 hours a day.
